INTERSECTION DEVELOPMENT / PHOENIX
1029 N 1st St
Another reason to stop on 1st Street.
THE PLACE
A fresh chapter at street level.
At 1029 North 1st Street, an existing property is being reworked for PIZZANISTA!, bringing a new restaurant destination into Roosevelt Row.
The project works at the scale of a neighborhood night out: a place to meet, get something to eat and carry on into the district. Its contribution will be felt at the front door and along the sidewalk.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
Small projects shape a neighborhood.
For Intersection, projects of this size are an important part of building a connected neighborhood. A single address can change the way people use a block, giving them a reason to arrive, linger and come back.
