INTERSECTION DEVELOPMENT / TEAM
People behind
the places.
A team bringing development, design, investment, finance and operations together.
01 / Co-Founder | Partner
Jordan Taylor
Jordan Taylor is a co-founder and partner of Intersection Development, where he leads strategy, financial structuring and development execution. He structured more than $350 million in real estate transactions between 2016 and 2025, bringing capital expertise and operational discipline to projects with a distinct point of view.
Before Intersection, Jordan served as CFO of a Blackstone portfolio company overseeing more than $4 billion in real estate assets nationwide. His work in Roosevelt Row extends to investments alongside independent hospitality operators, connecting the economics of a property with the businesses that give it life.
A former collegiate baseball player and science-fiction author, Jordan brings a competitive spirit and an interest in world-building to his work. He and his wife, Jamaica, have five children.

02 / Co-Founder | Partner
Jason Merck
Jason Merck is a co-founder and partner at Intersection Development and a real estate developer and investor focused on downtown Phoenix. His experience spans hospitality, apartments, mixed-use properties, restaurants and bars, with additional real estate investments in the Pacific Northwest.
Before real estate, Jason spent two decades building healthcare technology businesses. He founded Cloudmed in 2015 and sold it to New Mountain Capital in 2018. The company expanded through a series of acquisitions before R1 acquired Cloudmed in 2022 in a transaction valued at $4.1 billion. Jason knows what it takes to build a business that gets noticed.
At Intersection, Jason brings the perspective of an entrepreneur who has built and sold a business: identifying opportunity, understanding operations and evaluating how an ambitious idea becomes an enduring asset. His background connects the firm’s development vision with the practical demands of building a business around it.
03 / Co-Founder | Partner
Zac Cohen
Zac Cohen is a co-founder and partner of Intersection Development, where he leads design vision and construction coordination. He carries projects from concept through execution, keeping architectural intent connected to the decisions that shape the finished place.
His more than 25 years of experience spans real estate development, finance and project delivery across the United States, Europe and Asia. Through InveStellar and his work with Studio Libeskind, Zac developed an international perspective on hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects. That background informs his approach to Atari Hotel Phoenix, SISU and Intersection’s wider Roosevelt Row portfolio.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Zac spent a decade living in Sofia, Bulgaria. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado. His focus is on places with a clear identity and lasting relevance to their surroundings.
THE TEAM
Bringing it together.
Controller
Adrianna Torres
Adrianna keeps the books straight while Intersection colors outside the lines. As Controller, she brings a background in construction accounting and project administration, including civil and aviation work at ViaSun. She understands the details behind a project and why getting them right matters.
She also spent eight years running her own e-commerce brand, so she knows what it takes to build something of your own. Creative, outgoing and precise, Adrianna brings an entrepreneur’s perspective to the numbers.
Director of Investor Relations
Travis Hernbroth
Travis connects Intersection’s vision with the people investing in it. As Director of Investor Relations, he brings a background in private equity and finance to the work of explaining a project, working through its economics and keeping capital partners informed.
He studied finance at Northern Arizona University and works across financial analysis, development budgets and lender due diligence. Bold ideas invite hard questions. Travis gets into the details, helping investors understand what we’re building and what it takes to get there.
Property & Asset Manager
Sidney Ocansey
Sidney keeps Intersection connected to the everyday life of its properties. As Property & Asset Manager, he brings a people-first approach to places with plenty of personality, working through the practical demands of keeping them running.
His background in health and wellness taught him how to listen, build trust and help people move forward. That carries into his work with tenants and the team. Away from the properties, you’ll find him on a basketball court, running a trail or showing up for a community cause. Sidney brings energy, and puts it to work.
Property & Tenant Coordinator
Treyson Anderson
Treyson is a grinder. He’s out in the neighborhood, making things happen. As Property & Tenant Coordinator, he works with tenants, vendors and the Intersection team to keep the daily details moving, from property walkthroughs and maintenance coordination to documenting progress on site.
His work takes him between buildings, businesses and the people who give them character. He also lends a hand with research, marketing and community events. It’s hands-on work that calls for curiosity, follow-through and a willingness to jump in.
