monOrchid

A warehouse with a creative life.
Before monOrchid became a place for art and celebration, it was a warehouse built by Del Webb in 1937. Its evolution into a creative gathering place is part of Roosevelt Row’s own story: existing buildings finding new purpose through the people who use them.
Today, exhibitions, weddings, performances and community events give the space a changing rhythm. Kähvi, Pedal Haus and Sake Haus bring daily activity to the same building. This is adaptive reuse you can spend time in, from a morning coffee to a room full of people celebrating after dark.
