Sake Haus brings a Tokyo-inspired night out into monOrchid’s former warehouse. Sushi, sake, Japanese whisky and cocktails share a dark, intimate room where music is part of the experience.

The contrast gives the place its character: an older Phoenix building with a completely different world inside. Together with the building’s coffee shop, brewery and event spaces, Sake Haus shows how adaptive reuse can give one address several lives. This one starts with dinner and leaves room for another round.
