THE PLACE
The neighborhood, in full view.
Cambria puts the neighborhood’s art in full view. Large-scale exterior murals by Heather Freitas make the building part of Roosevelt Row’s streetscape, while local artwork brings that connection into the spaces within.
An art program developed in collaboration with Artlink Phoenix gives the hotel a sense of place that visitors encounter throughout their stay. The neighborhood is present in the work on the walls and in the view out the window.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
A different view of downtown.
Completed in 2019, the seven-story hotel brings together 127 guest rooms, a rooftop bar and pool, and 900 square feet of meeting space. Above the street, the rooftop opens onto downtown, creating another place to gather and take in the city.
