THE PLACE
A courtyard with a lot going on.
Arcada brings historic Phoenix buildings into a new chapter of neighborhood life. We’re developing restaurants, lounges and gathering spaces around the courtyards, gardens and pathways that already give this place its character.
The experience changes as you move through it. Ada opens the Stoddard House into garden dining. Love Call brings an intimate restaurant and cocktail lounge into a former bungalow. MODE adds a place for art and events, with shared outdoor spaces connecting the experiences.
The buildings’ scale matters. So do the mature trees, the turns in the path and the distance between one front door and the next. Together, they create a place that unfolds gradually.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
Where the walk begins.
Arcada brings the historic character at the southern end of Fascination Street into active use. From its gardens and courtyards, the route continues toward the Hardware Store, SISU and Atari.
Our work is to preserve the qualities that make this part of Phoenix distinct while making room for new activity. Each venue gets a setting it could only have here.
