THE DISTRICT
The alley becomes
the address.
At Roosevelt and Central, we’re connecting two blocks through a continuous pedestrian route. Historic houses and gardens at the southern end lead into restaurants, bars, homes and gathering spaces, with Atari Hotel anchoring the north.
The walk is the point. Move from a courtyard table into a planted passage, past public art and the doors of independent venues. Lighting and landscape give the spaces between buildings as much attention as the destinations themselves.
Arcada, MODE, Love Call and the Hardware Store bring different reasons to stop. SISU adds 125 homes and a resident community. Atari brings gaming, music, hospitality and the scale of a destination at the far end of the route.
FROM ABOVE / AFTER DARK
A thread through
the whole block.
After dark, planted edges, warm light and art guide the walk. Interactive media and event programming give the district room to change with the evening.

AT STREET LEVEL
Designed to
be walked.
The district comes into focus one doorway, courtyard and encounter at a time.

THE INTERSECTION APPROACH
Each place adds to the next.
We’re developing Fascination Street so that individual properties contribute to a larger neighborhood experience. Residents support the places downstairs. Restaurants and courtyards give visitors reasons to explore. Events bring new people into the district.
Historic Phoenix gives the walk its beginnings. New architecture and experiences carry it forward. The connection between them is what makes Fascination Street a place of its own.
