Atari helped change how the world plays. In Phoenix, we’re bringing that spirit into a destination built around gaming, live music, food and the people who make a night worth going out for. Ninety-one planned guest rooms sit within a much larger world of entertainment, with places to explore whether you’re checking in for the weekend or walking over from the neighborhood.
A dedicated music and event venue is central to the plan, bringing concerts, DJ sets, gaming events and special gatherings into the same address. Restaurants, bars and retail extend the experience beyond the show, while a planned sportsbook and bar add another place to come together around a shared obsession.
Something happening. Something worth coming back for.
The programming reaches beyond a single evening. Planned residencies would bring gamers, creators and entertainers into the hotel for extended stays, with livestreams, performances, fan meetups and events connecting what happens online with the people in the room.
Immersive environments and interactive media carry Atari’s spirit through the property. There should be something to discover between destinations, too: on the way to dinner, before a performance or after you thought the night was over.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
The north end of a bigger story.
Atari anchors the northern end of Fascination Street, where historic houses, planted passages, restaurants and courtyards lead toward the tower. That walk connects the scale of a destination hotel with the independent character of Roosevelt Row.
