THE PLACE

The Hardware Store is home to Intersection. Our offices occupy the second floor of this historic building on North 1st Avenue, putting us in the middle of the neighborhood we’re helping shape.
We share the building with Barcoa and Off The Record. Project meetings, cocktails and music all have an address here, with different people bringing the place to life throughout the day and into the night.
For us, that proximity matters. We walk the same blocks, know the businesses around us and see how the neighborhood changes from morning to evening. This is where we work, meet collaborators and put the next idea on the table.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
An anchor along the walk.
Along Fascination Street, the Hardware Store connects working life with the places people come to enjoy. Its adaptive reuse brings offices and hospitality into an existing building while keeping its history and character in the everyday life of the neighborhood.
The history is still there. So are we.
