TEN-O-ONE sits where the daily life of downtown comes together. Offices, retail and food-and-beverage spaces share a Central Avenue address near the Roosevelt/Central light rail station, connecting the building to people moving through the city.
Art gives that everyday setting a distinct presence. Work across the building’s sides changes how it meets the street, creating something to notice from the sidewalk, a passing train or the next block over.
