SISU takes its name from the Finnish idea of quiet determination: the resolve to keep going and build something that lasts. On Roosevelt Row, that spirit takes shape in a place to live with clean Nordic lines, carefully crafted wood interiors and a Finnish sauna. A calm place to come home to, with the neighborhood’s art, food and energy just outside.

The high-rise brings together 125 carefully crafted residences, boutique offices, bar and restaurant space, and places to gather above the city. Each use adds a different rhythm: people arriving for work, residents coming home, friends meeting downstairs and an evening taking shape on the roof.

A day here has more than one setting.

The pool, spa and outdoor barbecue areas make room for a quiet afternoon or a table full of friends. The Finnish sauna offers a daily ritual of warmth and restoration. Throughout the residences and shared spaces, clean lines and warm wood millwork give the building a consistent, considered character.

At the top, a rooftop exhibition and event area creates space for art and gathering against the downtown skyline. It gives creative life a place within the building, alongside the routines of living and working.

At street level, bar and restaurant space opens SISU to the neighborhood. A secret speakeasy adds a more intimate experience, tucked away for those who know where to look.
