INTERSECTION DEVELOPMENT / PHOENIX
Rainbow Road
Thirty-six homes. A little play in everyday life.
THE PLACE
A home with a personality.
Rainbow Road brings 36 boutique residences to Roosevelt Row in a building inspired by the movement and imagination of Mario Kart. Its dark exterior and public art give it a recognizable identity. Inside and at street level, the mix of uses gives that identity a daily life.
The ground floor is planned around food and movement, with Hero Italian and Rev’d Fitness bringing different reasons to visit the building. Dinner, a workout and a home upstairs become part of the same address, connecting residents with people arriving from across the neighborhood.
THE DEVELOPMENT STORY
The neighborhood is part of living here.
Through Intersection Pass, residents have access to discounts at more than 15 local Roosevelt Row restaurants and shops. It’s a practical invitation to get out, try somewhere new and become a regular.
That connection is central to Rainbow Road. The building provides a home base; the surrounding streets add coffee, galleries, music, dinner and the unexpected stop on the walk back.
Thirty-six homes, an active ground floor and a neighborhood worth getting to know.
